Our first Muffin Tin Monday

I've been checking out this blog carnival called "Muffin Tin Monday". Basically each Monday the participants prepare muffin tin meals and snacks for their kids. The boys eat out of muffin tins quite a bit - it's fun! (and when S and E were younger we would do almost anything just to get them to eat!) Anyway, some weeks there is a "theme" but this week there was no theme so I thought it was a good day to make my first muffin tin Monday submission. Check out the official website here.

This muffin tin lunch was made for three year old A. We went with a Halloween theme since we got to choose. He has an owl shaped cheese quesildilla, yogurt for dipping and a ghost shaped quesildilla in the top row. In the bottom row he had some Halloween shaped pretzels, some grape halves on Halloween skewers and some pumpkin shaped cantaloupe. A loved it and ate almost every crumb. :)
A also made this spider today to add to our Halloween decorations.
