Snack today was apple slices, half of a pumpkin pie granola bar and some peanut butter dip for S and creme cheese dip for E. This is the first time I packed creme cheese as a dip. I should have pointed it out to E because he thought it was yogurt and didn't eat it because he didn't have a spoon...
Lunch had a creme cheese and jelly sandwich with a apple and marshmallow mouth, a little orange, peas and some Christmas chocolate too. I don't think either boy ate any of the peas as they seemed to all be rolling around the lunchbox when I unpacked it. Oh well.

Back to school!
We are finally back to school! We had a fabulous break but it was time to go back (at least the adults felt that way). For snack we had the only remaining piece of fruit in the house (food shopping is just easier when two of the three kids are in school...) and some crackers with peanut butter (S) or creme cheese (E).
Dried fruit and canned fruit came to the rescue for lunch. The boys had yogurt with canned pineapple. Freeze dried fruit, peanuts and cookies. Neither boys ate much lunch. They say they ran out of time. I think they got used to eating at a normal pace over break... back to spped eating in the 15 minutes allotted at school... Poor kids!
