Circle Sandwiches for the Pool

I packed some lunches to take to the pool tomorrow.
The boys had circle sandwiches with berries.
I had a deconstructed sandwich. Since I was packing these the night before, I didn't want to make the sandwich. I figured it would get soggy by tomorrow. So I packed bread, cheese, tomato, pickles and mustard in the little penguin to make up a sandwich tomorrow. And some blueberries on the side. Hope this works out ok...
Here are lunches for me and the three boys along with an extra container of fruit since I know they will want more.

Lunch for Daddy

I realized this morning that I have not made a lunch all week and had nothing to link to on "What's for Lunch Wednesday" but then I realized I could pack lunch for my husband this morning, take a picture and count that. My husband usually packs his own lunch. I'm sure he appreciates when I pack it for him although he will roll his eyes when he sees I packed it "like the boys" (ie bento like) :)
For lunch today he had pistachios, a peach, a nectarine, a turkey sandwich, some raw carrots and broccoli and two cookies. I think I got this box at Target long ago. It packs up nicely with an ice pack between the two layers.

MTM - Berries and Cheese

It's time for another Muffin Tin Monday! I made this berries and cheese snack tin for my three boys to share and ended up having to fill it twice. I should have used my 12 cup tin I guess!

The boys had: On top = Strawberries, peaches, blackberries On Bottom: Cheddar cheese, blueberries and mozzarella cheese stick pieces.

We just love all the berries of summer. And I REALLY love that I found organic strawberries for $0.99 a pound this week. I will be buying a bunch!
