S's snack today of apple slices and crackers with peanut butter.
S's lunch was grapes a cookie and a roll up with cream cheese and jelly.
E had a field trip today and I got to come. :) Here is my lunch. I had two cheese sticks, nuts, pretzels, a date, sweet potato fries, grapes and a strawberry. I found that strawberries don't travel well in a bag...
E had juice, a roll up with cream cheese and jelly (in the foil), grapes, a strawberry, a cheese stick and a granola bar.

Pizza - twice in one week...
E's snack on the left = pretzels, cheese stick, fruit roll up and carrots.
S's snack on the right = fruit roll up, date stuffed with peanut butter, crackers with peanut butter and carrots.
Pizza for the second time this week... And it is leftovers from dinner the night before so I guess that means pizza three times this week. Yikes! Anyway, the boys had pizza, pears, roasted chick peas and a cookie. I made the roasted chickpeas for the firsdt time last night and I'm thrilled that the boys like them! They are so easy to make. Just rinse the chickpeas from a can. Then add some oil and spices to the chickpeas. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. They come out nice and crunchy. I used about 2 teaspoons of oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Next time I'll add more spices to make it more flavorful.
